Great black Bakelite color and very visible stamping. No rust these things are very finicky. Overall, this is a great original starter solenoid.

The solenoid looks great Mustang, fastback, coupe, convertible, Gt, Gt-a, cs, mach 1, Grande, mercury Cougar, hardtop, XR7, XR7-g, Gt-e, eliminator. No cracks or broken tabs. The solenoid is in great original condition correct for most model's except Shelby and boss or some big-block cars. Extremely hard to find original.

This is an original ford part. It worked before removal, but no guarantees.
