Some will have shelf wear from being in a box for so many years. I've read Volcker made some of these and all but the two larger look like they are stamped with v. In used condition.

Just because it is nos, does not mean perfect. Ask any and all questions before buying purchasing. The two bigger wrenches i'm unsure of what is stamped, its hard to see.
