It has all of the writing but do not know works or. It has a Cr me colored handle no cracks or breaks. This is a Unity mfg co. Chicago, USA with part H2-c on back of light.

Nice mounting plate with part 148l written on bottom of. It has some pimples on side of chrome around light. It is for the left hand side. Has working handle and a good mirror.
