Included is the two page Ford factory installation instructions black shelf grille which has formic and d3dh 18c491-aw raised in plastic on underside housed motor assembly d3ah 18c479-ab bottom positive ground wiring plug a tag with d3aj 18c496-AA switch bracket switch, chrome defog bezel retainer mounting hardware. Perfect for adding a rare Ford accessory to your or mercury. The switch and hardware kit is still factory sealed.
