There is some very minor fogging just around the edges of glass. Has Fomoco D0VB-17A679-AW embossed on the lens housing. Overall, this is an excellent original nos vanity mirror. The glass lens is great.
No heavy scratches. This is brand new-never installed no cracks or splits anywhere. The housing has excellent black color.
