Needs to be welded up. Check it out. Nice mounting surfaces and good bolt threads, no stripped threads. The inside looks great.

This is an original Ford part. Overall, this is a good original fmx bell housing 351w-351c automatic transmission. It has a crack as shown in the photos.

The bell housing is in good condition.
