I think it is nos but do not have a box for. The emblem has very nice and vibrant blue color. No cracks or fractures in the emblem original wire wheel cover crest and spinner with lower plate.

This spinner is in show quality original condition. No dents or dings gouges. Impossible to find original Ford Mustang, Fairlane, Galaxie, 5 XL. These are original Ford parts.

No cracks or splits. Has very bright and nice chrome. No pitting or chrome bubbles age freckles curb rash anywhere.

The wire base plate looks excellent with a very bright finish. It looks excellent overall, this is a show quality original wheel cover spinner. Check it out.
