This is an open rear. Overall, this is a great original Smooth mounting flange surface. These are all original Ford parts the housing looks great.
9 rear end 3rd member, with No heavy wear or chips. 50:1 gear ratio. Ring gear has 35 teeth and pinion 10.
Main case has a casting number of C1AW-4025-c and dated 3g16. The inside is clean. This rear end is in great condition. No binding or sticking.
Main bearing caps all look great. Includes open differential and main bearing caps bolts 50 gears are great no heavy rust or metal pitting. Has a great, but faded, original red oxide finish with factory markings rear end.
It seems to work great but I have not driven on. 50:1 gear set. 50:1 ring and pinion gears front support plate. The gears turn very well together.
