Decent original gm s-1 safteylight spotlight needing restoration as shown or use is. Mounting bracket in place on shaft. The bulb is intact but may be broken inside 2in. Diameter safteylight seems to be totally intact.
This standard 6in. I never removed the bulb. Bakelite ball on handle is nice. Shaft measures approx.
Should restore nicely, or would also be good for parts. This is an original gm s-1 safteylight spotlight.
Overall, from front end of head mount to tip handle. This is an authentic accessory spotlight for all gm vehicles of the late 1930s era.
It has pitting and light rust. The head has dings and dents which should be able to popped out.
It makes noise like a bunch of coins are inside moving back and forth. The front die-cast head mount, and handle body, both have pitting thru-out see pics but should still be . Handle turns head smoothly, but will need handle-to-shaft bolt to properly lock in position.
