This is an original 1949 Mercury clock. Glass is also good. The chrome die-cast bezel or ring is shine, but does have pitting see all pics, and would need re chrome for a car better than an original driver.

As stated, clock is correct for all '49 Mercury cars. Fomoco part number for this Mercury clock is 8m a, and the retainer silver face, along with red detailed hands, look nice.

Overall outer diameter of clock is approx. While operating condition of clock is un-known, does appear to be fairly clean, and intact un-tampered with. This original factory electric clock was recently acquired from the estate of an elderly collector. Clock was tagged as having been removed from a '49 Merc coupe over 25 years ago 8in.
