Details:

Could use a good polishing to look better, I am sure there are adhesives that could be used. The chrome is decent, light scratching, minimal pitting, unfortunately the 3 studs on back are broken. I got this in a load of parts years ago, and have no use for it. The dollar is there for size comparison.

I think this is for a 40s or 50s Dodge truck, but do your homework to make sure.
