It is not nos, but used, as I bought these a while back for replacement my own Rambler, decided to use them and just had existing bumpers re-chromed.
There is no rust on either bumpers, just some small pitting under the chrome. I tried my best to get good pictures of these, but because they are chrome, the light reflecting back hides some small pitting that is on bumper. Left side front bumper replacement for an Amc 1960 Rambler super.
This listing is for the left side, which driver side of car. I got a decent close up of one the affected areas in last shot. Listing only available for continental usa states. I recommend having it re-chromed, so would look like new.
