The cylinder held and expelled clean fluid. Overall, this is a good original power steering cylinder. This is an original ford part.

Power steering slave cylinder-ram litre, xr7, xr7-g, Gt-e, eliminator. The cylinder is in good rebuild able original condition it does not work properly. Extremely hard to find original.

This needs to be rebuilt. Check it out. Removed from a 67 Mustang Gt-a fastback with factory power steering. No cracks or splits.

The rod moves in and out very well just not with full travel. No heavy rust. The rubber ball stud boot has a minor split. There is a small dent on the housing that not allowing internal rod piston full travel.

Good threads on the rod and ball stud. Very straight. The ball socket stud is great.
